Online Payment Process

Step:1 - Payment Process

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register (make payment) in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program

Step 2 - Payment Proof and Registration form Submission

Once the payment is done, email the scanned copy of the duly signed Registration Form in PDF format and send it to atest@rkce.ac.in along with the scanned or screenshot of successful transaction proof.

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission

Please note that all the documents must adhere to the guidelines. They must be sent in DOC or DOCX format only. All the guidelines are available on the Paper Submission guidelines page.

Participants must register for the conference in order to attend the event.
Registration can be done through the official conference website.
The conference registration fee must be paid via credit card or bank transfer.
After paying the fee, participants must fill out the registration form and submit the payment proof to the conference coordinator's email address.
Participants will receive a confirmation email after submitting the payment proof and registration form.
The final confirmation email will include details on accessing the conference materials.
